Therapy is a place where you are not alone.

You can unload, unburden yourself and begin feeling better. There are times when we just need someone to listen and understand. Other times we long for guidance. I work collaboratively with clients, providing them an opportunity to wake up and generate change.  

My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and direct. I create an environment where you'll feel comfortable to explore and process your current challenges. I do this through building a trusting relationship where you are heard and feel safe. I will encourage and empower you to increase your resourcefulness and confidence in solving your own problems. 

My clinical approach is rooted in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindfulness
