INdividuals
Therapy is a place where you are not alone. You can unload, unburden yourself and begin feeling better. There are times when we just need someone to listen and understand. Other times we long for guidance. I work collaboratively with clients, providing them an opportunity to wake up and generate change.
Deep down, we are all whole and healthy – therapy helps us see what’s obscuring our true nature. Through becoming aware and authentic, healing occurs, and our brilliance comes forth. Are you ready to finally give yourself this gift?

couples
Every relationship is unique with it’s own challenges and difficulties. Despite our best efforts, sometimes it feels like we’re blindly navigating through unknown territory. It can be a lot to hold; however, suffering or feeling stuck in a relationship isn’t necessary.
Couples counseling helps to stop harmful patterns, promote the strengths of your relationship, and take you where you want to go. I’ve been trained to help couples increase sensitivity, fairness and mutuality by deepening their understanding with themselves and their partner. I also help couples to listen and communicate effectively in a safe environment, and learn rewarding new ways to work together.
Specific topics of expertise:
- Creating healthy communication patterns
- Identifying and letting go of past traumas and triggers
- Navigating cultural differences and power dynamics
- Healing after affairs

gay, bi & queer men
Gay, Bi & Queer (GBQ) men have specific and important needs. Coming out is a rite of passage that many do alone without guidance or support in an oftentimes homophobic or heteronormative society, sometimes creating shame, loneliness and depressionATCW

I was blessed to have the unconditional love of family and friends, and I strive to pay it forward through understanding, resourcing and support for you.
